Using AI to Elevate Corporate Parties

How We Craft Custom Photo Experiences That Actually Feel On-Brand

Artificial intelligence has quickly become one of the most exciting tools in experiential marketing—but when it comes to corporate events, using AI well is far more important than simply using AI at all.

At Cinematic Booths, we’ve learned that successful AI photo activations don’t come from one-click presets or generic filters. They come from intentional prompt design, constant testing, and close collaboration with the client to ensure the final output feels authentic, elevated, and aligned with the brand.

Two recent corporate events—one with Meridian Properties in South Brooklyn, at the Dyker Heights Golf Club and another with Alo Yoga, at their alo wellness club in NoMad—perfectly illustrate how powerful (and flexible) AI photo experiences can be when done thoughtfully.

Meridian Properties: Three AI Prompts, One Cohesive Brand Story

For Meridian Properties’ holiday event, the goal wasn’t to overwhelm guests with technology—it was to create something memorable, playful, and on-brand, while staying mindful of budget. Rather than pushing a full AI-only experience, we worked with the team to build a custom AI package that included enough AI credits and outputs to delight guests without excess.

This project required a significant amount of behind-the-scenes work. Each AI prompt was carefully crafted, tested, refined, and retested to ensure consistency, realism, and brand relevance. In total, we designed three distinct AI experiences, each telling a different part of Meridian’s story:

  1. The Cinematic Office Engineer
Guests were transformed into polished construction engineers inside a modern office or development setting. Cinematic lighting, subtle architectural elements, and professional styling tied directly into Meridian’s property management roots.

2. The Construction Superhero
This prompt leaned into fun and imagination—turning staff into superheroes saving a construction site from delays and inevitable project woes. It was playful, unexpected, and became an instant crowd favorite.

3. The Meridian Properties Magazine Cover
For something more aspirational, we created a high-fashion magazine cover concept, transforming staff into ultra-elegant versions of themselves on the cover of a fictional Meridian Properties magazine. Clean typography, editorial lighting, and refined styling made this feel premium and highly shareable.

The result was an AI experience that felt custom-built, not generic and one that respected both the brand and the event’s tone.

Alo Yoga: Clean, Minimal, and Perfectly On-Brand

The Alo Yoga influencer holiday party presented a different—but equally exciting—challenge. Alo’s brand identity is already incredibly strong, so the key was restraint and precision rather than complexity.

Here, we focused on a single, highly refined AI prompt:

Guests at the New York City location were transformed into a beautifully lit, open-concept yoga studio, complete with cinematic lighting, soft bokeh, and Alo-inspired athleisure styling. The environment felt calm, aspirational, and unmistakably Alo. Because the visual direction was so clear, this activation required fewer prompts—but just as much testing to ensure:

Accurate likeness

Natural poses

Realistic fabric and brandingConsistent lighting across all outputs

Sometimes the most powerful AI experiences are the simplest ones—when every detail is intentional.

Why AI Photo Activations Work So Well for Corporate Events

What excites me most about projects like these is not just the final images—it’s the freedom AI gives brands.

With AI, we can:

  • Transform any venue into virtually any environment
  • Avoid the time, cost, and logistics of building physical sets
  • Adapt concepts quickly through prompt refinement
  • Create multiple themed experiences within a single event
  • Deliver highly shareable, personalized content to every guest

The possibilities are genuinely endless, and when done right, AI becomes a creative tool—not a gimmick.

Looking Ahead

I’m incredibly proud of the work we delivered for both Meridian Properties and Alo Yoga in New York City. These projects reinforced what we believe at Cinematic Booths: AI is most powerful when it’s thoughtful, collaborative, and tailored not “off-the-shelf”.

As more brands look for meaningful ways to engage guests at corporate events, product launches, and holiday parties, AI photo activations will continue to play a major role—and we’re just getting started.
